Vacancies of the week: Lesta Games, ZiMAD and WN Media Group are looking for employees

We are publishing a new list with gaming vacancies. This week we are looking for: UI/UX designer at Lesta Games, game designer at ZiMAD and a leading recruiter at WN Media Group.

Lesta Games is an international group of companies, which until last year was a division of Wargaming.

Since March 2022, she has been responsible for the games “World of Tanks”, “World of Ships” and Tanks Blitz on the territory of Russia and Belarus.

Now Lesta Games is looking for a UI/UX designer who will join the World of Tanks team.


  • design and development of in-game interfaces of the “World of Tanks”: from conceptual models to ready-drawn interface elements;
  • support and adjustment of existing project interfaces;
  • participation in the analysis of tasks and the preparation of user scenarios, including the creation of storyboarding and usecase models
  • interface implementation support: quality control of implementation by developers.


  • ability to design user-friendly and logical interfaces, quickly create static and interactive prototypes and layouts;
  • deep understanding of the principles of User Interaction and Usability;
  • ability to write structured, complete and understandable working documentation;
  • attention to details and minutiae, accuracy, variability in problem solving, structured thinking;
  • the ability to build high-quality communication with colleagues.

“World of tanks”Game designer at ZiMAD (Remote work)

ZiMAD is a company engaged in mobile games since 2009.

On her account such games as Magic Jigsaw Puzzles, Jigsaw Puzzle Villa, Dominoes Online, Magic Cross Stitch, Dig Out!. Together, these and other ZiMAD mobile titles have collected over 200 million downloads.

Now ZiMAD needs a game designer in the project team. He will have to deal with the gameplay and develop the game’s product metrics.


  • development of game features and support of their implementation;
  • improving balance, game mechanics, monetization;
  • writing concept documents and design documents;
  • participation in regular team meetings, communication with designers and programmers;
  • testing and verifying the correctness of the implementation;
  • development of A/B tests to test hypotheses;
  • constant game analysis and analysis of the results of new mechanics;
  • monitoring competitors’ applications and searching for potentially interesting features among games of different genres.


  • experience working on games that have reached release and released in the App Store or Google Play;
  • knowledge and understanding of game metrics: DAU, ARPPU, Retention and others;
  • ability to work with analytical data;
  • knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level.

Jigsaw Puzzle VillaLeading Recruiter at WN Media Group (Saint Petersburg, Russia)

WN Media Group is engaged in the development of an ecosystem of projects, which includes the WN Conference business conference, the WN Hub online event platform, the App2Top and GameWorldObserver media, as well as the job search service and the Talents In Games recruiting agency.

She is looking for a leading recruiter in Talents In Games who is able to build the recruitment process, train new colleagues and independently engage in recruiting at the international level.


1) management:

  • organization of the work of a team of recruiters. Now there are three people in it;
  • distribution of vacancies and control of funnels;
  • training and adaptation of new colleagues;
  • mentoring: assistance in changing the search strategy, communicating with the customer to achieve optimal results;
  • reporting to the project manager on the closure of vacancies.

2) recruitment:

  • communication with representatives of the customer company, withdrawal of the application for selection;
  • search through all sources;
  • communication with candidates;
  • current and final job analytics;
  • if necessary, making adjustments to the selection process;
  • maintaining top vacancies and their successful closure.


  • spoken English not lower than Upper Intermediate;
  • at least three years of experience in IT recruitment. Experience in game development will be an advantage;
  • experience in international recruitment for at least a year;
  • successful experience of managing a team of recruiters;
  • interest in recruiting;
  • the ability to pack and “sell” a vacancy to candidates, and the agency to companies;
  • experience of closing top vacancies;
  • the ability to “adjust” the search for a specific vacancy.
