Finnish game developers will take up the search for employees in Russia

On November 25, the Games Job Fair event will be held in St. Petersburg. Its goal is to help Finnish developers find new employees in Russia.

Employees will be looking for: Supercell (Clash Royale), Dodreams (Drive Ahead!), Rovio (Angry Birds), Unity and others. The full list of participants is available at this link.

“Holding the [Games Job Fair] in St. Petersburg means that companies [from Finland] are ready for a lot to meet and talk to new people. [We in Finland] have a place to turn around, there are good conditions, there are just not enough workers,” said Arja Martikainen, founder of Games Job Fair.

“As part of the event, Finnish companies will have a great chance to meet and talk with Russian game developers and designers interested in working abroad,” said Oleg Paliy, the organizer of the event, who also holds the Finish Game Day conference together with White Nights.

Games Job Fair will be held in the Technopark of St. Petersburg. You can register using this link. The number of seats is limited. Only 150 people will be allowed in.

The event is organized by Finpro company, which promotes Finland and its businesses.
