Vacancies of the week: Playkot, Dankolab and Payler are looking for employees

We are publishing a new list with gaming vacancies. This week, they are wanted: a product analyst at Playkot, a leading UA manager at Dankolab and the head of sales in the Payler gaming direction.

Playkot is a mobile and browser games development studio that opened in 2009.

She is looking for a product analyst who will, among other things, be engaged in the development of the browser version of the SuperCity urban planner. The game will soon turn 12 years old, and the analyst will need to find new growth points for it.

Responsibilities:

  • together with the product team, determine the criteria for the success of releases, predict the result and track indicators;
  • plan, conduct and evaluate the results of A/B tests, put forward your own hypotheses, ad-hoc analytics and reports;
  • improve existing metrics and add new ones that will allow you to better understand the behavior of players and make product decisions;
  • configure dashboards to monitor key game indicators;
  • develop analytical infrastructure: tools, processes, techniques.

Requirements:

  • at least two years of experience in product analytics. It will be a plus if he is in the gaming sphere;
  • excellent knowledge of SQL: writing queries, understanding the principles of database organization;
  • knowledge of Python for data analysis and processing (Pandas, NumPy);
  • experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, PowerBI and others;
  • skills of working with quantitative information, knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics;
  • good communication skills, the ability to discuss the problem statement and present the results of the work;
  • systematic thinking, accuracy and curiosity;
  • product orientation, interest in games and the gaming industry.

SuperCityLeading UA Manager at Dankolab (Remote work)


Dankolab is a studio that has been developing mobile games and applications for over 10 years.

She has more than 100 projects for iOS and Android on her account. Now the studio is in search of a leading UA manager.

Responsibilities

  • development of procurement on dedicated channels to achieve KPIs (through the leadership of UA managers and independent connection in focus areas);
  • mentoring of UA managers;
  • development of relations with partners;
  • development of algorithms for working with channels to increase their qualitative and quantitative results.

Requirements:

  • purchase experience of at least two years;
  • understanding the principles of Facebook Ads (owned by an organization banned in the Russian Federation), Google Ads, SDK Networks (Unity, Applovin and ironSource);
  • experience of leading UA managers;
  • knowledge of English at Intermediate level and above.

Interior StoryHead of Sales Department at Payler (Remote work)


Payler is a service provider that provides comprehensive solutions for the organization of secure payment acceptance by more than 40 payment methods.

The company was established in 2013. Now her gaming direction needs a head of sales.

Responsibilities:

  • search and attract new customers;
  • interaction with the customer at each stage of sales;
  • competitor analysis;
  • CRM management;
  • team formation and management.

Requirements:

  • over four years of experience as a sales manager or business development manager. The experience of attracting video game-related customers will be a significant advantage. Team management experience will also be a big plus;
  • good understanding of market trends;
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • ability to build a sales system from scratch;
  • experience in full-cycle sales: from the first contact with the client to the closing of the transaction;
  • international sales experience. The experience in Europe is especially important;
  • knowledge of English at a free level.
