Vacancies of the week: employees are looking for Dankolab, Beresnev Games and JustMoby

We are publishing a new list with gaming vacancies. This week they are looking for: a producer at Dankolab, ASO-middle-level manager at Beresnev Games and a game designer at JustMoby.

Dankolab is a studio that has been developing mobile games and applications for over 10 years.

She has more than 100 projects for iOS and Android on her account.

Responsibilities:

  • generate ideas and be able to adapt them to the preferences of casual market players;
  • coordinate and control the work of the team from the moment of concept creation to the release of the game, including the stages of work with game design, graphics, development and testing;
  • together with game designers to create a vision of a new game. Form a strategy for change and development;
  • to form the right understanding of product development and development in the team, to keep the quality bar high;
  • constantly explore the market and trends;
  • analyze test results, propose and work through A/B tests;
  • coordinate interaction with all departments (management, art, programming, audio and animation) to ensure the stability and clarity of project results;
  • participate in meetings, reviews and planning;
  • work closely with producers and project managers in planning and monitoring at various stages of project development;
  • maintain a healthy working atmosphere in the team.

Requirements:

  • at least three years of experience as a producer or senior/leading game designer;
  • availability of released projects in the portfolio;
  • understanding the current state of the games market;
  • analytical approach and rationality in the choice of solutions;
  • the ability to set goals and motivate the team to achieve them.

“TNTmania”ASO-middle-level manager at Beresnev Games (Prague, Czech Republic)

Beresnev Games is a Czech indie studio known for the games Race Master 3D, Gallery: Coloring Book & Decor and Flippy Knife.

The total audience of the company’s titles exceeds 225 million players.

Responsibilities:

  • formation of ASO strategy for each of the company’s gaming projects;
  • regular analysis and measurement of current project indicators for timely strategy adjustments;
  • planning and coordination of work necessary for the implementation of the strategy with external and internal teams and services;
  • market niche analysis and direct competitors in the field of graphic and text ASO in the App Store and Google Play, highlighting trends and successful concepts, forming a pool of hypotheses for testing;
  • testing of graphical ASO assets, testing pipeline control and reporting;
  • working with text ASO: updating text elements, collecting semantics, prioritizing keys;
  • working with Apple Search Ads: campaign control, search algorithm optimization, communication with the manager on the platform side.

Requirements:

  • knowledge of ASO/SEO and the principles of Google Play and App Store;
  • at least two years of experience as an ASO manager;
  • confident command of written English;
  • sense of language and style, artistic taste;
  • copywriting experience;
  • the advantage will be the possession of the Adobe graphics package.

JustMoby is a group of companies that develops and publishes mobile games and applications.

Her portfolio includes projects such as Let’s Survive, Jigsaw Puzzles, Perfect Piano Keyboard and others. Total downloads exceed 100 million.

Now JustMoby is working on an adventure survival Raft Survival: Desert Nomad.

Responsibilities:

  • maintaining design documentation;
  • calculating game balance and monetization;
  • improvement and correction of the game based on project analytics;
  • preparation of technical tasks for programmers;
  • support and consulting of the team at all stages of game development;
  • selection of references and setting tasks for artists.

Requirements:

  • structured and systematic approach to the creation of project documentation;
  • deep knowledge in the field of mechanics of free-play games, game logic, monetization, game economics;
  • good knowledge of the mobile games market, rich gaming experience;
  • analytical mindset;
  • a plus will be the experience of working as a game designer for a year and the presence of completed projects.
