Game sales in 2018 will amount to more than $100 billion

The turnover of gaming software will exceed the $100 billion mark in four years, almost a third of this amount will be the merit of the mobile segment, according to the analytical company DFC Intelligence.

This year, the total turnover of gaming software will be $64 billion.

This estimate is seriously different from Newzoo's forecast, according to which the game market will earn about $81.5 billion this year alone, of which $21.7 billion will be for mobile games. Recently, Juniper Research shared very similar figures.
