There are three growth drivers. First, investments in the server graphics card manufacturer Biren Technology, which successfully went public in January. Second, steady sales of gaming products. Third, the active use of AI.
We’ll skip the story with Biren, only noting its current market capitalization of 101.7 billion Hong Kong dollars (about $13 billion).
As for games, Yoozoo Games is currently focusing on projects based on Chinese mythology and history. Three of the company’s five top-grossing mobile games draw on the culture of the Middle Kingdom. However, the company is not only engaged in mobile and Three Kingdoms era projects. Its portfolio also includes the free-to-play PC game Game of Thrones Winter is Coming and a range of anime products, such as Echocalypse: Scarlet Covenant, which has long surpassed $50 million in revenue.
Speaking of AI, the company reported the creation of the AI model aggregator platform YOOZOO.AI, the development of the YOO Spark platform, which allows for on-the-fly game creation, as well as the integration of AI into over 100 of its own pipelines. This has allowed, among other things, a reduction in localization costs by 80%.
