Gross revenue of Spain's online gambling market exceeded 450 million euros in the first quarter of 2026
The Spanish gambling regulator, Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ), has released its report for the first quarter of 2026.
It announced that the gross revenue of the online gambling market in the country amounted to €454.1 million at the end of the quarter. This marks a 13.9% increase year-over-year but a 6.4% decrease compared to October-December 2025.
The largest market segment remained online casinos, accounting for 54.5% of total revenue or €247.8 million. Sports betting revenue reached €174.4 million, poker brought in €28.2 million, and bingo generated €3.6 million.
DGOJ also noted that in the first quarter, deposit volumes grew by 17.6% year-over-year to €1.59 billion, while withdrawals increased by 12% to €184.7 million.
