New Opportunities with Xsolla: More Payment Methods, Updated Web Portal, Sales Bots in Telegram, and More
The company Xsolla has reported key updates to its products for the last quarter. According to the company, this time there have been more innovations than ever before.
The main news is as follows:
- The launch of the Web Portal—an improved version of Xsolla Web Shop. Now developers can create multipage web shops for mobile games with full-cycle direct sales support;
- Xsolla introduced a special Telegram bot for selling game items from web shops directly in the messenger. It is noteworthy that a similar bot was previously available in Discord—within the current wave of updates, Xsolla has given developers more tools to customize it;
- Additional features have been added to the Xsolla Partner Network. The affiliate network now allows for previewing influencer stores, filtering applications, and automatically blocking fraudsters. Additionally, campaign reports are now updated automatically upon publication, modification of participants, or change in settings;
- A unified platform for managing LiveOps campaigns and working with the D2C strategy—Xsolla LiveOps—has been launched. Currently, it integrates partners for traffic tracking (MMP) such as Singular, Adjust, and Airbridge. Xsolla promises integration with Tenjin in the near future;
- Another new product is the Xsolla Player Platform ecosystem, which consolidates cloud, browser, desktop, and mobile games in one place for easier management;
- Additionally, Xsolla launched a Reseller Program for entering regional markets;
- Xsolla expanded the list of supported local payment methods by adding Amazon Pay in Japan, Tamara in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, Zain Cash in Iraq, M-Pesa in Tanzania, Zamtel in Zambia, and Aircash in Europe;
- The Anti-Fraud Suite security system has become more efficient. In particular, chargeback handling is now fully automated, and analytics have become more advanced and accurate.
