Krafton experienced a significant increase in revenue during the first quarter, marking a 56.9% rise to ₩1.37 trillion ($931 million). The company's operating profit was reported at ₩561.6 billion ($381.3 million).

Mobile gaming was a key contributor, bringing in ₩702.7 billion ($477 million), the most substantial portion of Krafton's revenue.

This growth was largely attributed to enhanced premium content, partnerships with intellectual property, and a 17% rise in paying user numbers for Battlegrounds Mobile India. This was further supported by improvements in servers and the broadening of available content.

Revenue from PCs amounted to ₩363.9 billion ($247.1 million), benefiting from fresh content and a strong live service model for PUBG: Battlegrounds.

The PUBG series recorded a 24% increase in revenue year-on-year, exceeding ₩1 trillion ($679 million).

Krafton's earnings from console gaming were ₩13.8 billion ($9.3 million), alongside ₩291.0 billion ($197.6 million) sourced from various other domains.

The company has reaffirmed its commitment to an AI-first approach, with the AI for Game initiative focusing on enhancing gaming through AI-driven experiences.

Previously, Krafton revealed its intention to "make AI a fundamental tool for problem-solving," aiming to instigate personal and organizational transformation to boost productivity and accelerate long-term value growth.

In its 2025 financial report, Krafton crossed the $2 billion revenue threshold for the first time. This success was largely fueled by the PUBG intellectual property, which achieved "double-digit growth."
