Hasbro's revenue from video games is actively growing, thanks to MONOPOLY GO!
Recently, Hasbro reported on its third quarter of 2025. The company announced that as a result, revenue from the Digital and Licensed Gaming segment increased by 21%, reaching $130.2 million.

A significant portion of the gaming revenue growth was driven by the ongoing success of the mobile game MONOPOLY GO! — its developers pay Hasbro royalties for using the franchise license. From June to September 2025, royalties from MONOPOLY GO! amounted to approximately $40 million, and since the beginning of the year, the game has generated $126 million for Hasbro.
The report does not mention the finances of other video games based on Hasbro franchises, which include Baldur’s Gate 3, among others.
Still, video games accounted for a relatively small portion of Hasbro's revenue. The company’s total income for the third quarter was $1.38 billion, up 8% from the previous year. The situation might change slightly in the future. Next year, Hasbro-owned studio Archetype Entertainment plans to release Exodus. Moreover, the company has more than 40 new video games in its pipeline — both its own projects and games from third-party developers using Hasbro licenses.
