Revenue from new releases has significantly dropped; however, sales of older games have risen to a record level — PulluP Entertainment's semi-annual report
On September 30, PulluP Entertainment—the parent company of the publisher Focus Entertainment Publishing—concluded the first half of the current fiscal year. In light of this, they reported their results.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2
- According to the company, this half-year was the second-best in its history in terms of revenue, earning 132.6 million euros. However, compared to last year, revenue dropped dramatically by 43.4%.
- The main reason for the revenue decline was the absence of major releases. A year ago, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 showed excellent initial sales, but from April to September 2025, PulluP Entertainment did not release games of similar scale.
- As a result, PulluP Entertainment's revenue from new games decreased by 78.6% to 35.1 million euros. Nevertheless, the company is pleased with the reception of its new releases, which included Abyssus, Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound, Roadcraft, and Drop Duchy.
- Meanwhile, its revenue from back-catalog games increased by 44.4%, reaching 93.7 million euros—a record high.
- Separately, PulluP Entertainment highlighted the success of the Train Sim World franchise, reporting that the total revenue from the series since its inception has exceeded 100 million euros. How this total is distributed among the specific titles was not disclosed.
