In the first quarter of 2025, Krafton reports its "record-high quarterly sales performance"

Krafton reported their best-ever quarterly sales figures for the initial quarter of 2015. This accomplishment was largely driven by the growth of its PUBG properties, InZOI's robust entry into the market, and the worldwide expansion of Battlegrounds Mobile India. These factors contributed to sales growth percentages of 41.6% compared to the previous quarter and 31.3% compared to the same quarter in the previous year.
The company's operating profit saw a significant increase as well, with a rise of 112.2% from the previous quarter and 47.3% from the previous year.
InZOI, a social game reminiscent of The Sims, became available as an Early Access title on March 28. It quickly became Krafton's fastest-selling game by exceeding one million sales within its first week, with 85% purchased by international players. This underscores Krafton’s ability to create successful original IPs on a global scale.
Meanwhile, the enduring popularity of PUBG was evident as it exceeded 1.4 million concurrent players in March.
The company intends to improve player experiences through new collaborations, maps, and modes. Additionally, Krafton plans to expand its player base and international footprint by launching new games linked to PUBG. These include the extraction shooter Project Black Budget, Project Valor which is tailored to consoles, and the tactical shooter PUBG: Bindspot.
By 2024, Krafton had also achieved "record-breaking earnings," with annual revenue climbing by 41.8% compared to the previous year, reaching $1.85 billion.
