  • The company's operating profit dropped by 5% to 146.6 million Swedish kronor (15.12 million dollars).
  • The list of top-grossing games for the period has remained unchanged for several quarters. It once again includes Cities: Skylines, Cities: Skylines II, Crusader Kings III, Hearts of Iron IV, and Stellaris.
  • The total monthly active audience of Paradox Interactive games in the first quarter was 6 million people.

“We began 2025 with a steady course and a clear focus. Despite a reduction in the number of releases in the quarter, currency fluctuations, and new investments in the future of the company [among them — the acquisition of Haemimont Games in February. — Editor’s note], our business still boasts a strong cash flow. This gives us the liberty to think long-term, act strategically, and reinforce an already strong financial foundation,” commented Fredrik Wester, CEO of Paradox Interactive, on the first quarter's results.
