Launch Metrics for Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Within the first few hours after its launch, Assassin’s Creed Shadows on Steam reached 25,863 concurrent users (CCU). It’s important to note that in many regions, including the U.S., it is currently nighttime, so peak metrics are expected closer to the weekend.

The highest peak online among games in the franchise currently belongs to Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, with 62,000 concurrent users. This was the last part of the series to be released on Steam simultaneously with other platforms. Valhalla, with an online presence of 15,600 CCU, appeared in the Valve store two years after its release.
