Playtika's Annual Report: Revenue Exceeds $2.5 Billion and Plans to Spend up to $450 Million on M&A
The Israeli company Playtika has reported its financial results for 2024. In particular, it revealed that it will continue to actively spend money on purchasing other companies and resume launching new games.

- In 2024, seven of Playtika's games earned at least $100 million each. Among them were Bingo Blitz and Slotomania, which generated $159.1 million and $118.4 million respectively from October to December 2024.
- In 2024, the average daily active audience for Playtika’s projects was 8.1 million people, 600,000 less than in 2023.
- The average number of daily paying users was 312,000, which is 2,000 more than in 2023.

- In a conversation with investors, Playtika mentioned that it plans to spend $300-450 million on M&A over the next three years. Earlier last year, it announced a much larger amount—$1.2 billion—but since then Playtika managed to acquire SuperPlay for $700 million (with a promise to pay an additional $1.25 billion if the required targets are met in the coming years).
- In 2023, Playtika paused the development of new games. Now it is returning to game creation. The company announced plans to release at least three titles within 12-18 months: an unannounced slot game, Claire’s Chronicles, and Disney Solitaire.
