Hasbro reported a 22% rise in revenue from its digital and licensed games segment, reaching $471.7 million in comparison to the previous year.

A significant contribution of $112 million was made by Scopely's Monopoly Go.

The Magic: The Gathering series experienced a slight increase of 4% in its Wizards of the Coast and Digital Gaming division, although an overall decline of 1% in Magic: The Gathering's earnings was noted, attributed to the end-of-cycle for the Lord of the Rings set.

Despite this growth, Hasbro's annual revenue decreased by 17% year-over-year, totaling $4.1 billion. The company linked this drop to the sale of eOne. More details can be found in their financial report.

Chris Cocks, the CEO of Hasbro, stated, "I’m proud of our team for delivering what we promised in 2024: we grew in games and licensing, stepped up our operational efficiency, and vastly improved the performance of our toy business."

Looking ahead to 2025, Cocks added, "We’re excited to bring a stellar lineup of toys and games to fans, expanding the reach of our IP through outstanding partnerships while we continue to focus on operational rigor and anticipating the future of play."
