Strauss Zelnick, Chairman and CEO of Take-Two Interactive, mentioned, "Our performance during the holiday period was commendable. NBA 2K's exceptional performance offset some moderation in our mobile games portfolio, resulting in Net Bookings of $1.37 billion, in line with our guidance. Additionally, our operational outcomes were better than anticipated, largely due to the strength of NBA 2K and adjusted timing of expenses beneficial to the quarter."

Zelnick continued, "For Fiscal 2025, we maintain our Net Bookings guidance between $5.55 and $5.65 billion and our operational performance outlook. Our projections for the fourth quarter reflect strong NBA 2K performance along with continuation of current mobile trends and a shift in some operational expenses into the quarter."

Looking forward, Zelnick stated, "This year promises to be one of the most promising for Take-Two with Sid Meier’s Civilization VII launching on February 11th, Mafia: The Old Country in the summer, and Grand Theft Auto 6 in the fall, followed by Borderlands 4. We intend to continue investing prudently in our development projects and are confident in Zynga’s ability to create new enduring mobile franchises, as exemplified by their ongoing achievements with Match Factory. Our continued success in releasing popular titles reinforces our belief in achieving record Net Bookings in Fiscal 2026 and 2027."
