SEGA seemingly suspends sales in Russia, along with Humble Bundle, Niantic, and Plarium
The exodus of game companies from Russia and / or Belarus continues as Humble Bundle, Niantic, Plarium, and SEGA remove their titles from these countries.

- Plarium pulled its games from app stores in Russia and Belarus and ceased all payments as a response to the “ongoing suffering of our employees and the people of Ukraine.” The company, which is headquartered in Israel and has offices in Ukraine, Russia, and the US, operates mobile hits like RAID: Shadow Legends and Vikings: War of Clans.
- “We stand with the global community in hoping for peace and a rapid resolution to the violence and suffering in Ukraine,” Niantic stated on Twitter, saying that Pokémon Go and its other games are no longer available in Russia and Belarus.
- Although SEGA hasn’t made any official statements yet, its games started disappearing from Steam in Russia. The list includes titles like Total War: Warhammer III, Football Manager 2022, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, and many more. While pages for games like Humankind and Persona 4 are still online, players from Russia can’t buy them anymore.
- Humble Bundle made an announcement on Twitter, saying that it suspended sales of its products and Humble Games titles in Russia and Belarus. The company is now also working on a charity bundle to “help victims and refugees from Ukraine.”
Dozens of companies have already suspended their operations in Russia and / or Belarus. The list includes Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, Google, WarnerMedia, CD Projekt, Rockstar, Activision Blizzard, Electronic Arts, Rovio, Supercell, and many more.
