42.6 million euros in revenue and 3 million monthly players: Pixel Federation reported for 2023
The Slovak company Pixel Federation, specializing in mobile and web games, has summed up the results of 2023. We've highlighted the key points from the report.
TrainStation 2
- Last year, Pixel Federation earned €42.65 million. Compared to 2022, its revenue fell by 10.5%.
- The total number of monthly active users (MAU) in the company's games exceeded 3 million.
- TrainStation 2 is Pixel Federation’s main cash hit. It alone generated 43.8% of the company's annual revenue — €18.72 million. The MAU of the game in 2023 was 1.78 million people.
- Ranked second in revenue is Diggy’s Adventure, earning €14 million over the year. Following are Port City (€2.46 million), Puzzle Adventure (€2.38 million), and TrainStation Classic (€1.86 million).
- In the report, Pixel Federation noted that it had to make several tough business decisions throughout the year. Notably, it closed its office in Brno. Additionally, there was a change in the company's CEO. Daniel Duranka replaced Šimon Šicko.
