Super Mario Bros. Sales Wonder exceeded 4.3 million copies in two weeks
Nintendo has announced that Super Mario Bros. Wonder has set a record for the fastest sales among Super Mario series games.
Nintendo President Shuntaro Furukawa pointed out that usually games from the main Mario line have been in demand for a long time. The company expects Super Mario Bros. Wonder will sell well during the winter holidays and next year.
Note: the company compared the initial sales of only those games that were released on the Nintendo DS and subsequent consoles. She hadn't collected any data before.
