Sea of Stars completed the sales plan for the year in a week
The turn-based retro RPG Sea of Stars started much better than Sabotage Studio expected. In the first week, the game sold over 250 thousand copies. The company expected to achieve such sales in a year.
Considering that Sea of Stars is available in Game Pass and PS Plus subscriptions, its total audience may be even larger.
Sea of Stars is being bought much more actively than The Messenger— the debut game of Sabotage Studio. Sales of that one for the first week amounted to slightly less than 50 thousand copies.
