NetEase gaming division earned $2.6 billion in the second quarter of 2023
NetEase has published a financial report for the second quarter of 2023, which ended on June 30. We look at the company’s indicators.
According to the report, the net revenue of the entire company amounted to $3.3 billion, an increase of 3.7% year-on-year.
▪️The most earning division of NetEase was gaming. Its net revenue reached $2.6 billion, which is 3.6% more than in the second quarter of 2022.

NetEase reported that it was pleased with the results of the new games. Only in June, she released three successful projects: Justice Mobile, Racing Master and Badlanders. All of them soon after the release hit the tops of the Chinese App Store: Justice Mobile and Racing Master entered the box office top, and Badlanders was in the top by downloads. NetEase did not specify how much the games earned. According to AppMagic, during the debut week, Justice Mobile earned $6.8 million with 2.3 million downloads from IAP, Racing Master — $2.4 million with 2 million downloads, and Badlanders — $65 thousand with 401 thousand downloads.
