Sales of the Iron Lung horror have risen sharply after the loss of the Titan bathyscaphe
On June 18, the Titan bathyscaphe, which went to the wreckage of the sunken Titanic, disappeared from radar. While rescuers are searching for the missing ship, gamers are buying up the indie horror Iron Lung, the events of which unfold on a submarine.
Iron Lung developer David Szymanski said on Twitter that sales of the game began to grow the day after the loss of Titan. On June 19, gamers purchased several times more copies of Iron Lung than the day before. “It seems so wrong,” Szymanski commented on what was happening.
Jumped at Iron Lung and online on Steam. According to SteamDB, 101 people played horror at the same time on the night of June 22. For comparison: during the previous month, the daily online games did not exceed 40 people.
