CD PROJEKT plans to spend up to $119 million on share repurchase

CD PROJEKT shareholders have approved a new share repurchase program. They allowed the holding, if necessary, to spend up to 500 million zlotys ($119 million) on the purchase of its own shares.

According to Reuters, the new program is twice as large as the previous one, approved in 2016. It should be noted that the last time CD PROJEKT bought shares under the “old” program was in October 2022. Then the holding paid about $20 million for its shares.

The validity period of the new program is not specified.
