Embracer Group is changing the stock exchange. Against this background, its shares fell in price

The Swedish Embracer Group holding has become cramped on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market, an exchange on which mainly small and medium—sized companies are traded. He announced that he would switch to Nasdaq Stockholm on December 22.

Embracer Group first went public in 2016. At that time, the holding employed only 68 people, and its annual revenue was $29 million. For comparison: in September 2022, there were 15.7 thousand people in the staff of Embracer Group, and revenue from October 2021 to September 2022 exceeded $ 2.5 billion.

After Embracer Group announced the transition to a new exchange, the holding’s shares fell by 1.71% to $4.5 apiece.
