League of Legends: Wild Rift revenue exceeds $500 million
In October 2020, Riot Games released League of Legends: Wild Rift on smartphones. Now this game earns more than all the other mobile titles of the company combined. According to Sensor Tower analysts, to date, App Store and Google Play users have already spent $505 million in League of Legends: Wild Rift.
For comparison: in total, gamers spent $828 million in Riot Games mobile games. The second most expensive game of the company is Teamfight Tactics ($299 million), the third is Legends of Runeterra ($24 million).
The bulk of the amount of League of Legends: Wild Rift earned in China. Local gamers left $364.6 million (72.2%) in it. Another 6.8% of revenue came from users from the United States, and 3.7% of revenue came from users from Japan.
