Sales of Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord reached 2 million copies on the third day after the release
Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord continues to be in the spotlight. Steam sales of the game ranged from 2 to 5 million copies on the third day after the launch of the project in early access.
This can be judged by the data of the SteamSpy service. Also in favor of these figures are consistently high online (more than 200 thousand), and a large number of subscribers to the game (almost 600 thousand).
No new product on Steam can boast of similar indicators. For comparison, sales of Doom Eternal on the Valve platform have not yet surpassed the mark of 2 million copies, and online at peak hours reached only 100 thousand people.
This is a unique situation for a niche hardcore project. It can also be called exceptional due to the fact that the previous games in the series did not attract such attention to themselves.
Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord went on sale on March 30. Work on it has been carried out for more than 8 years. The game was developed by the Turkish studio TaleWorlds Entertainment. She also acted as a publisher.
