Konami’s revenue for the reporting period, which ended June 30, amounted to $481 million. This is 3% less than in the 1st quarter of 2015. The company’s operating profit, on the contrary, increased and reached $88.7 million, which is 40.2% more than last year at the same time.
Revenue from digital sales amounted to $245.5 million, which is 5.6% more in annual comparison. Operating profit from this sector totals $84.7 million. This is 34.3% higher than last year for the same period. Konami received most of its revenue from releases for Japan.
