G5 Entertainment earned $12.2 million in the second quarter of 2016
Russian-Swedish game developer and publisher G5 Entertainment has announced an increase in revenue and overall performance of its games.
From April to June 2016, the company earned 104.5 million Swedish kronor ($12.2 million). This is 17% more than in the same period a year earlier.
The company’s revenue from free-play games increased by 23% compared to last year. These games account for 92% of the company’s revenue.
The average monthly number of unique active users (MAU) of G5 free-play games in the second quarter was 3.4 million. This is 15% more than the same value in 2015.
The average monthly number of unique paying players (MUP) in the company’s games was 113.8 thousand. Growth of 7% compared to last year’s figure.
The average monthly gross income per paying player (MAGRPPU) was $34. It has increased by 17% over the year.
The company’s leading projects on mobile are The Secret Society – Hidden Mystery, Hidden City: Mystery of Shadows and Mahjong Journey.
