The first Russian school of the Olympic reserve in esports has been launched in Novosibirsk
The Novosibirsk School of the Olympic Reserve in shooting sports will now prepare for the esports championships. According to Vesti Novosibirsk, the country’s first esports school has opened on its basis.
So far, only two directions are known at school: Dota 2 and League of Legends. Whether others will appear over time, and who will lead the classes, the journalists did not tell. It is also reported that future esports athletes will be taught not only games, but also computer literacy. In addition, they will have to do physical education.
According to Vesti, “dozens” of people have already enrolled in the esports school.
