Development of software to search for tenders on existing electronic trading platforms

KSK-SOFT has completed the first stage of software development to search for existing tenders on existing electronic trading platforms for certain parameters/queries.

At the moment, the software both manually and in automated mode collects information about tenders held under certain conditions (keywords, type of tender, method of purchase) and gives it to the user both in the form of output to the screen and in the form of export to a separate file.

The software is implemented as an on-line service.

The main features of the software:

1.

Establishment of search criteria for tenders and saving the specified search parameters in different profiles;
2. Analysis of a large number of trading platforms with the possibility of expanding the number of processed sites;
3. Storing the processed data in an internal database ;
4. Output of information processing results from trading platforms both in the form of a response to a user’s request (in manual mode) and in the form of export to a file (in manual/automatic mode);
5. Automatic operation of the program according to several specified parameters, followed by the creation of a file with the results of data processing;
6. Reflection of information about bidders according to the specified parameters;
7. Distribution of the found tenders according to the specified data in the user profiles.

The software greatly simplifies the search for tenders according to the necessary criteria. At the moment, the collection comes from 2 sites:

  • http://www.b2b-center.ru/
  • http://zakupki.gov.ru/

Further development of the software will consist in increasing the number of sites. In the near future, it is planned to introduce 7 more sites into the software, such as:

  • http://rostender.info/
  • http://roseltorg.ru/
  • http://www.sberbank-ast.ru/
  • http://www.rts-tender.ru/
  • http://etp.zakazrf.ru/
  • http://www.etp-micex.ru/
  • http://www.zakupki.ru/
