Unity has announced the recipients of its 2026 Humanity Grant

In a significant announcement, Unity unveiled the recipients of the 2026 Unity for Humanity Grant, recognizing the accomplishments of thirteen developers spanning eight different nations. Out of these, ten are primary winners and three received honorable mentions.
This grant comprises a total of $600,000 from the Unity Charitable Fund, which is earmarked for enabling the recipients to further develop their works, create initial versions, or enhance the promotion and distribution of their products.
More than 515 entries were submitted for consideration, marking another consecutive year of record submissions.
Selected projects are tackling key global issues that correlate with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and utilize real-time 3D technology to do so.
Covered topics include areas such as health and rehabilitation, mental well-being, environmental education, societal impact, and the preservation of culture.
The list of honorees features Six Wing Studios, Khalayan Arts, and Charles Games among the winners, with honorable mentions from Limbitless Solutions at the University of Central Florida for LSI Adaptive Sports League, Organised Khaos for Storiweave, and Mindflight 7 for Unimora – Building Empathy and Attraction for the Future of Care.
