Marc Anthony Rodriguez Joins Acclaim

Acclaim has appointed Marc Anthony Rodriguez as the director of publishing and strategic partnerships. In his new capacity, he will work on expanding Acclaim's global publishing network and building strategic alliances within the industry.

Expressing his excitement, Rodriguez said, "I'm stepping into a moment that's tailor-made for my passion: empowering indie developers and building the kind of publishing ecosystem I've always believed in." Rodriguez, with more than 20 years in the field, co-founded VoxPop Games where he served as COO and executive producer.

His career also includes positions at Capcom, where he was a lead product analyst, eventually managing its North American content analysis team. At Rockstar, he worked in various roles including beta test analyst, game analyst, voice actor, and project lead for game analysis.

Vincent Bernardin: New Role at TikTok

Vincent Bernardin has progressed to the position of head of gaming for France and Central Europe at TikTok. Bernardin entered TikTok's fold in 2021, later becoming a brand partnership manager in gaming in 2022, a role he held for two years before his latest transition.

His earlier career saw him in roles such as account manager at Outbrain, a web recommendation platform, and product manager at the outdoor advertising company JCDecaux from 2015 to 2018.

Career Advancements at Sports Interactive

Tom Hardy has been elevated to the position of senior social media executive at Sports Interactive. Hardy began his journey with the company in July 2019 as a quality assurance tester, progressed to QA lead (media and news) in June 2020, then became a social media assistant in October 2021.

He was promoted to social media executive in May 2022, maintaining the role until moving up again in April 2025. Before Sports Interactive, Hardy was the editor-in-chief for Prost Soccer, and worked in IT support for The Football Association from February 2018 to July 2019.

Des Gayle Joins Unity

Des Gayle is now a senior partner relations manager at Unity. Gayle, the founder of remote gaming studio Altered Gene, has been involved in the industry for over 20 years and has held positions at organizations like Microsoft, Electronic Arts, Exient, and Digital Legends Entertainment.

At Square Enix Collective, he acted as a producer, initially working on Life is Strange in 2015. His recent role was at Radical Forge as a studio executive producer since March 2023. Gayle is also actively involved as a board member of UKIE and the deputy chair of the BAFTA Games committee.

Joshua Callaghan Advancements at Raptor PR

Joshua Callaghan has risen to the role of junior account manager at Raptor PR. He began with the company in May 2022 as a public relations assistant during his internship, after initially joining as an intern following a discussion on Twitter with Rana Rahman about careers in games PR.

Following his internship, Callaghan became a junior account executive in September 2022, then an account executive in December 2022, and moved up to senior account executive by October 2024. Before his time at Raptor PR, Callaghan worked as a freelancer with Lost in Cult and served as a reviews editor for Rapid Reviews UK.

He remarked, "Thank you Raptor PR for supporting early careers, and welcoming a budding teen into the industry."

Arthur Mostovoy Appointed at Aonic

Arthur Mostovoy has assumed the position of head of games at Aonic. Mostovoy, who previously led Larian Studios, is tasked with managing Aonic's titles portfolio to help deliver top-tier games to audiences.

After joining Larian in 2019 and working on Baldur's Gate 3, he also spent time with Pixonic from February 2017 to April 2018, and Azur from April 2018 until August 2019.

Mostovoy reflected, "After nearly six amazing years at Larian, I can't wait to dive into this new role at Aonic. There's much to be excited about happening throughout our teams, across platforms, audiences, and genres."

He further noted the ongoing rise of indie teams, stating, "The market share for small indie teams is growing year on year, and this will continue. My role at Aonic is to support these teams in creating and delivering creative titles that can make a major impact."
