What was the year like for the company? What have you done that I would like to highlight in terms of achievements?

We are growing dynamically, we have seven new projects in development and a record half a billion downloads.

AI has taken our processes to a new level, allowing us to review content development, marketing, and pre-production of projects. Analytical systems are next in line. Thanks to AI, we have increased in efficiency compared to last year.

Despite the turmoil in the market, we are implementing our long-term strategy to develop a full-fledged R&D business. We have assembled five new teams that are engaged in the development of prototypes in a variety of genres.

This year we have invested a lot in new projects, hired cool specialists and continued to develop our projects in the operating system.

How has the situation in the gaming market changed?

Crisis for some is success and growth for others. The turbulence in the market, accompanied by a series of liquidations, most conveniently acted as a certain forest orderly in the game development market. Thanks to this, we closed a number of key positions by hiring strong specialists who were looking for cooperation with stable companies.

The market is changing dramatically. Trends are moving away from simpler hyper-casual games to projects with hybrid monetization. This significantly changes business processes in our industry, requires a serious level of management and mitigation of the crisis, but such changes are a normal evolutionary process. In these conditions, only the strongest teams with diverse competencies will survive again.

What was the year like for the genres in which you work?

Now casual projects are winning the competition from hyper-casual ones, which is why we have invested mainly in casual projects.

Now we have a very large genre diversification, thanks to the experience gained over the years in hyper-casual and casual development.

What are the company's plans for next year?

Releases! Several projects are being released in 2024. We will continue to develop our own AI technology laboratory.

We are also constantly improving the operational activities of the company, which helps us not only to preserve ourselves, but also to develop confidently, scaling up our activities.

Traditionally, our main focus will be talent acquisition: we will continue to attract talented specialists and form a dream team.
