AI is integrated into the GameMaker engine

The authors of GameMaker have announced plans to integrate a neural network into the engine. It will help developers with writing code, creating placeholders, restoring images, and other tasks.

YoYo Games said that while she is only experimenting with AI, she is already delighted with its capabilities. Now the company is not ready to say exactly when a neural network will appear in GameMaker, but it expects that this will happen in the coming months.

YoYo Games stressed that its technology will not replace developers, but will simplify their work on projects. The company also noted that it does not intend to use copyrighted materials for neural network training.
