The Unity 5.6 version has been released

Version 5.6 of the Unity game engine has been released. It became the final update for Unity 5.

Major changes in the Unity 5.6 version include:

improved work with lighting sources,
improving graphics performance,
large-scale updating of work with particles,
Vulkan programming interface support,
new 4K video player
seamless integration with various platforms for hosting projects: Nintendo Switch, Facebook Gameroom, Google Daydream and Cardboard for Android and iOS.
