WN Academy will begin offering custom training for gaming companies

The educational project WN Academy has launched a new division — WN Academy Business. It aims to address specific business challenges of gaming companies in the realm of staff skill development.

"Game development companies will be able to order customized corporate training from us in a format and pace that suits them," comments WN Academy manager Magdalena Stryevski on the initiative's launch.

Among the USPs of the division are mentioned:

• creating an individualized training plan for each company based on their requests;
• developing a turnkey course (WN Academy handles all organizational aspects);
• selecting suitable speakers and training formats depending on the objectives.

"But our main USP," Stryevski adds, "is a deep understanding of the field, experience working with various teams in game development, and a rich pool of speakers on diverse topics, who are not just theorists but work in gaming companies worldwide and deal with what they discuss and teach every day."

WN Academy is also actively engaged in organizing summer intensives in both online and offline formats. Additionally, they can realize any idea — from conducting a one-time course for line specialists to organizing a yacht trip for top management after a strategic session.
