Sony unveiled a host of new games and launch dates during their most recent State of Play presentation. Highlights included detailed insights into Marvel's Wolverine and God of War Laufey, both originating from Sony's in-house developers, Insomniac and Sony Santa Monica.

The event showcased numerous action games marked by graphic content and set several release dates in September and October. This timing reflects a strategic move by the industry to sidestep the 16 November launch of GTA 6.
