Rebecca Lautner from Landfall has been confirmed as a speaker for the Game Republic New Horizons 2026 event
Game Republic New Horizons, set to take place this year, has revealed its second speaker: Rebecca Lautner, who serves as the chief business officer at Landfall.
Lautner is scheduled for a conversation with features editor Lewis Packwood, focusing on the company's strategies and its newly launched publishing sector, Evil Landfall. More details about this venture can be found here.
In her role at Landfall, Lautner manages brand strategy, business expansion, and collaborations with partners and platforms.
Prior to joining Landfall, which is based in Stockholm, she spearheaded an EU-funded project aimed at establishing a worldwide network for the exchange of ideas and business in the gaming sector.
"I am eager to attend the Game Republic New Horizons conference and explore the future potential of the gaming industry across Europe and globally," Lautner expressed.
Jamie Sefton, the managing director of Game Republic, said, "We are thrilled Rebecca will be part of New Horizons."
The talk will spotlight Peak's immense success internationally and highlight a European studio's involvement in developing and publishing external titles.
Lautner will appear alongside Ken Kutaragi, already announced as a keynote speaker and famed for his association with the PlayStation.
In addition, Game Republic formed an international advisory board in March to aid its 2026 event, which will occur from October 14-16 at Riverside Stadium, Middlesbrough. Details on the advisory board can be found here.
Tickets for the upcoming conference, featuring an early-bird deal valid until April 30, 2026, can be purchased here.
