WN Conference is accepting applications for the game developers' expo in Limassol until September 8

Just over two weeks remain until the start of the gaming business conference WN Conference Cyprus’25, which will take place on September 11-12. Among other things, an indie game exhibition will be held, where developers will showcase their projects.

Participation in the exhibition is free. Teams need only to submit an application and wait for its approval. Applications are open until September 8, but showcase slots may fill up earlier—submitting an application sooner increases the chances of securing a spot at the event.

For application approval, developers must have:

• a working game build (at least a vertical slice or alpha version);
• gameplay video;
• a project presentation.

Along with the booth, developers will receive one complimentary STANDARD PASS ticket to the conference, which also grants access to the pre-party on September 10.

Moreover, at WN Conference Cyprus’25, developers will have the opportunity to participate not only in the exhibition but also in the indie pitch. This is a presentation of games before industry experts, who will provide a detailed public review of each project. The jury includes former Owlcat Games producer Maxim Fomichev, The Games Fund CEO Ilya Yeremeev, GEM Capital Managing Director Roman Gursky, and Xsolla’s Senior Vice President for Business Development in the Mediterranean, Nikita Sherman. Hosting the indie pitch will be Anton Gorodetsky, Head of Industry Relations at MY.GAMES.
