The program for the Cyprus WN Conference has been published. Among the participants are Epic Games, Miniclip, Utmost Games, Outfit7, Google, and others

In less than a month, on September 11-12, the WN Conference Cyprus’25 will take place in Limassol. The preliminary program of the event has been announced. Here’s what’s in store.

This time, the conference will not feature the usual lectures. Instead, there will be roundtable discussions, where attendees can talk with experts, and practical workshops.

First Day of WN Conference Cyprus’25

For September 11, two parallel streams are planned. Conference guests can join open and closed discussions. To participate, attendees need to apply in advance since the number of seats is limited. Those who just wish to listen can sit in the hall without registration.

Key discussions include the following:

  • Walter Somol and Kyle Billings from Epic Games, along with Sergey Orlovsky from Helio Games, will discuss how mobile gaming is changing and how developers, publishers, and platforms are adapting to these changes;
  • Kirill Gursky from GEM Capital, Ilya Eremeev from The Games Fund, Vladimir Nikolsky from Utmost Games, Evgeny Konovalov from MGVC, and Irina Kugeiko from REVERA will talk about the state of game investments in 2025;
  • Dmitry Byshonkov from MY.GAMES, Adrien Bacchi from Chibi Phoenix, Marina Bondarenko from Miniclip, and Alena Patorskaya from The Games Fund will discuss changes in game publishing: the growth of co-development, AI implementation, and many other aspects;
  • Veronika Cherenkova from Easybrain and Anatoly Sharifulin from AppFollow will conduct a workshop on scaling game audiences through both live user interaction and AI;
  • Dmitry Dubograev from Femida.us will hold a workshop on avoiding legal pitfalls when entering the US market.

In the middle of the day, there will also be an indie pitch — a presentation where developers can showcase their games to industry professionals.

Other activities include a Happy Hour from Pangle, a raffle offering a PlayStation 5 Pro, Nintendo Switch OLED, Xbox Series X, and Meta* Quest 3 from OHM, as well as a half-hour networking session in the Mobile Mixer format with Epic Games Store.

The first day will conclude with a large networking party.

Second Day of WN Conference Cyprus’25

September 12 will begin with a closed business breakfast with The Games Fund. Participants — no more than 30 people — will have the opportunity to communicate with industry representatives in a relaxed setting.

After breakfast, conference guests can attend a roundtable on using AI in game marketing. It will discuss the effectiveness of neural networks in creating advertising creatives and the ethical aspects of using such technologies. Other roundtables will be held, but their topics will be announced later.

Simultaneously, Google will host a four-hour meetup, accessible by invitation only.

Developer Showcase

WN Conference Cyprus’25 will also serve as a platform for showcasing games in development from indie teams.

Traditionally, showcase participants receive a free ticket to the conference, but they must apply in advance. Applications must be submitted by September 8, inclusive.

Additionally, there will be an expo area with sponsor booths. Among them are Xsolla, Malpa Games, Moloco, Adjust, Infatica, AppFollow, Prodege, and others.

Moreover, a special expert zone from the educational project WN Academy will be set up at the conference. Throughout the day, experts from various fields will answer questions from guests at WN Conference Cyprus’25 and discuss their cases.

All information about the program and other aspects of the upcoming event can be found on the WN Conference Cyprus’25 website.
