The next Cyprus WN Conference will take place on September 11-12 in Limassol

At the beginning of autumn, one of the largest cities in Cyprus will host a new session of the conference for developers and publishers by WN Media Group. The conference expects guests from Epic Games, Sandsoft, Chibi Phoenix, and many other companies.

WN Conference Cyprus’25 will run for two days — September 11 and 12. As per tradition, the conference will take place at the five-star Parklane hotel, located on the Mediterranean coast.

The first speakers announced include:

Walter Somol — Head of Business Development for Epic Games Store;
Kyle Billings — Director of Portfolio Strategy and Business Operations for Epic Games Store & Publishing;
Kirill Gursky — Managing Director of the gaming direction at GEM Capital investment group;
Adrien Bacchi — CEO of Chibi Phoenix studio;
David Fernandez Remesal — CEO of mobile publisher Sandsoft.

The full program is still being formed. We will share more details about the speakers and topics to be covered at the conference in a separate publication closer to autumn.

WN Conference Cyprus’25 will offer more than just lectures. The event will also feature:

two networking parties — a pre-party (September 10) and a large party at the end of the first day of the event (September 11);
an expo zone with sponsor booths;
an indie games exhibition;
an indie pitch where developers can showcase their games to experts.

Participants of the showcase can attend the conference for free. Developers need to apply in advance — the deadline is September 8.

For developers not participating in the exhibition and publishers, ticket prices start at 399 euros. This price does not include access to the large networking party, though access to the pre-party is included. For service providers, admission starts at 999 euros. Ticket prices will increase on August 28.

WN Media Group regularly hosts conferences in Cyprus. Last year, the Cyprus WN Conference took place around the same dates and attracted more than 760 guests.
