The program for the St. Petersburg conference "Gaming Industry" has been published. Among the speakers are the creators of ATOM RPG
Next week, on July 10, the conference "Gaming Industry" will take place in the Northern Capital. We're sharing the event's program.
The event will run one day across three tracks—from 11:00 AM to 6:10 PM. A total of 24 presentations and a number of additional activities are planned.
The tracks are conditionally divided by content.
In the "Blue Hall"—developer case studies. Among the speakers in this track:
- Alexander Kompanets from Atom Team (ATOM RPG and ATOM RPG Trudograd) with the topic "From Freedom to Structure—and Back. What Indie and Enterprise Can Offer Each Other, and Why You Should Try Both Worlds";
- Anton Tokarev from DIASURA Team with a talk on enhancing leadership in game design;
- Rostislav Kolytyak from BlackHub Games (Black Russia), discussing how working with the community saves budgets and improves metrics;
- Aleksey Karpenko from Codigames (Idle Town Master, Prison Empire Tycoon, Idle Theme Park Tycoon) with the topic "Game Economics and Monetization 2025: Building Sustainable Ecosystems."
ATOM RPG Trudograd
The "Red Hall" is dedicated to AI, publishing, and investments. Within it:
- Slava Gris from RedblackSpade (Reflection of Mine, Catmaze, Fearmonium) will talk about how artificial intelligence is changing the developers themselves;
- Guzalia Khashimova from Astrum Entertainment (NCORE, Warface, Allods Online) will give a lecture on working with marketing art;
- Evgeny Mirkin from RuStore will deliver a talk dedicated to developers' mistakes when launching projects in the Russian mobile store;
- Dmitry Stolyarov from VK will present on "How to Profit from HTML5 Games on Social Networks."
NCORE
In the "Green Hall," there will be presentations about process building and HR. Including during it:
- Marina Lopatina from WN Talents will talk about the similarities and differences between the Russian and international labor markets;
- Yulia Burenkova from Semenov&Pevzner will share tips on what to do if a game is removed from stores;
- Alena Karaseva from "Gost Team" will thoroughly illuminate the topic of structuring and systematizing processes in a game studio.
In addition to the presentations themselves, the conference will host:
- A panel discussion "…And Again About AI: Who Will Create Games and Creative Content Tomorrow?" featuring Filip Karmanov (Black Snowflake), Artem Abramov (Antifreeze Games), and Petr Kireev (CREOS);
- A public interview with Alexey Soyer and Yuri Yamshchikov on the topic "Points of Interaction Between Digital and Tabletop Gaming Industries";
- A large two-hour indie pitch, where Daniil Kolesnikov (HeroCraft), Alexander Egorov (VK Play Media and VK Play Indie), and Mikhail Romanov ("Fogeim") will analyze several dozen game projects;
- A closed round table on the topic "Management Trends in Gaming Companies 2025."
The "Gaming Industry" will conclude with a large networking party at the Unity Petrogradka restaurant. It is five minutes from the Petrogradskaya metro station.
