Speakers at the WN Conference Berlin '25 will include representatives from Outfit7, Crytek, and Google
Next Friday, April 4th, the spring session of the WN Conference will take place in Berlin, an event for video game developers and publishers. This article covers the program of the upcoming event.
The lecture segment includes 12 presentations in two parallel tracks. Let's focus on the lectures and roundtables that the App2Top editors find most relevant given the current market conditions.
- Urška Leskovar from Outfit7 will share a lecture on “The Future of LiveOps and Long-term Game Well-being.” She will discuss the evolution that service support for entertainment products is undergoing today.
- Karolina Wecka from Crytek will devote her talk to project management from a UI expertise perspective. The announced topic is: “The Importance of Task Setting and Decomposition in Workflows.”
- Vasily Pamukhin from Google will talk about engaging with the younger audience. The theme of his speech, which will actually open the conference, is “An Overview of the Gaming Potential of the Zoomer Generation.”
We also highlight a roundtable where Mafalda Duarte, head of IGDA Berlin, will talk with her colleagues from German game studios about local success stories and lessons learned.
At the end of the conference, there will be an activity called Speed Dating with a Recruiter. During this session, you can pitch your resume to an experienced recruiter and receive detailed feedback with advice on how to improve it.
