Registration is open for the developers' exhibition, which will be held in Minsk as part of the "Gaming Industry" conference

On April 16th, the capital of Belarus will host the conference "Game Industry." It will feature a showcase of game projects. Participation in this event is free. Here’s what you need to do to attend.

First, to participate, you need to fill out the "Application for Showcase Participation." Note that accessing it may require registration on WN Hub, which will take no more than a few minutes, as will filling out the application.

In the application, we recommend providing as much information as possible about the game you plan to present at the exhibition. This information will help the organizers make a decision on approving your application swiftly.

You can significantly increase your chances with a gameplay video showcasing the key features of your project. Games in the beta stage are prioritized, although you can also apply with an alpha.

Exhibition participants will receive a complimentary "Economy" ticket (meaning participation in GIC is free for them). If a developer brings another team to the exhibition, they can upgrade their ticket to "Premium" (which grants access to the party).

The conference provides each showcase participant with a dedicated spot—space for a laptop/computer, access to electricity, and a printed nameplate for the team. The spots will be located in the event's expo area near the sponsors’ stands.

As part of the exhibition, there will also be a contest for game projects. Following tradition, the App2Top editorial team will select winners in four categories: Best Game, Best Game Design, Best Art, and Grand Prize.

Applications must be submitted no later than April 13th, inclusive.
