Registration is open for the developers' exhibition, which will take place in Minsk as part of the "Gaming Industry" conference

On April 16, the capital of Belarus will host the conference "Gaming Industry." It will feature a showcase of game projects, and participation is free. Here's what you need to do to attend.

To participate, you first need to fill out the "Showcase Participation Form." Note that accessing it may require registration on WN Hub — this will take no more than a couple of minutes, as will completing the form.

In the form, we recommend providing as much information as possible about the game you intend to present at the exhibition. This information will help organizers swiftly decide on the approval of your application.

You can significantly increase your chances with a gameplay video demonstrating the project's key features. Games in the beta stage are prioritized, although you can also apply with an alpha version.

Exhibition participants will receive a complimentary "Economy" ticket (meaning participation in the GIC is free for them). If a developer brings an additional team to the exhibition, they can upgrade their ticket to "Premium" (which grants access to the party).

The conference provides each showcase participant with a dedicated spot — space for a laptop/computer, access to electricity, and prints a sign with the team's name. These spots will be located in the event's expo zone near sponsor booths.

During the exhibition, there will also be a contest of game projects. As per tradition, the editorial team of App2Top will select winners in four categories: best game, best game design, best art, and the grand prize.

The application must be submitted no later than April 13 inclusively.
