At the beginning of next month, the annual conference for computer and mobile game developers GameDev CityFest will be held in Novosibirsk.

It will take place at the city's largest venue — the Novosibirsk Expo Center. The organizers expect over 500 participants.

The event will last one day, featuring lectures, workshops, and master classes in three streams. To date, more than 25 talks have been announced. Let's highlight some of them:

  • Tengiz Tegashvili, Director of Games at Playgineers, and Veronika Akulich, Producer at Vistory Soft, will discuss solutions that impact project metrics;
  • Anton Kerp, CTO at Funzen Games, will talk about modern storage of game progress;
  • Anastasia Ilyinykh, ASO Manager from Appbooster, will address ASO and motivated traffic, and their impact on project growth;
  • Yulia Burenkova, Head of the Semenov&Pevzner office in Novosibirsk, will discuss nuances of using AI-created objects in games.

Representatives from BlackHub Games, Redneck Studio, GamePush, VK Play, Overmobile, and many other companies will also present. The full list of speakers and their topics can be found on the conference website.

Additionally, a workshop by Alexey Soyer (“Indikator”) will take place, where participants will attempt to create an indie hit in one hour.

Alongside the lecture part, attendees will enjoy over 30 gaming projects in the showcase area, an HR consultation zone with a job vacancies stand, special activities for developers, and a networking party at the end of the day.

The event is supported by BLACKHUB GAMES, JustMoby, GamePush, Matryoshka, “Yandex Games,” Semenov&Pevzner, EC Gaming, among others.

A week before the event, on March 29, access to the event page on the WN Hub platform will open, where participants can get acquainted, communicate with each other, and schedule meetings.
