WN Conference returning to Berlin on April 4, with talks from industry experts and developer showcase

WN Conference is back to Berlin after a three-year hiatus. It will take place in the capital of Germany this spring, expecting to bring together over 500 games industry professionals.

On April 4, WN Conference Berlin’25 attendees will gather at the Loewe Saal venue, located near the ancient Charlottenburg Palace.

The official program is yet to be announced, but here are some of the confirmed speakers:

  • Stephen Lee — head of business development at DECA Games;
  • Itamar Benedy — co-founder and CEO of Anzu.io;
  • Nicola Mizon — co-founder of Vizta DGTL;
  • Alexander Krug — founder and CEO of Softgames;
  • Jan Halwe — business development manager at ByteRockers’ Games;
  • Michael Isidorov — executive producer at MGVC.

In addition to keynotes and talks from experts, WN Conference Berlin’25 will feature an on-site Developer Showcase, where game creators will be able to present their projects to investors, publishers, and other industry leaders. Participants will also receive a free ticket to the event and their own stand to showcase their game. Applications are accepted until April 1.

Marketing firm OHM Agency will serve as one of the conference’s sponsors. It will raffle off four prizes: PlayStation 5 Pro, Nintendo Switch OLED, Xbox Series X, and Meta Quest 3. All attendees who leave their business card will be able to take part in the raffle.

Tickets for WN Conference Berlin’25 start at €499 for game developers & publishers and at €749 for service providers. This is a standard pass without access to the main networking party. There are also online tickets for €269 to connect with other attendees and stream lectures using the WN Hub meeting system.

The last time WN Media Group held a full-fledged conference in Berlin was in early 2022. The company has since organized several events in the city, but in different formats (e.g. WN Connect Berlin, which took place in 2023).
