The WN Conference will take place in Berlin on April 4
WN Media Group has announced the first WN Conference in Berlin in three years. The conference will take place in the German capital this spring, expecting over 500 guests.
Participants of WN Conference Berlin’25 will gather on April 4th at the Loewe Saal event space, located near the historic Charlottenburg Palace.
The conference program is currently being prepared and promises to be engaging. It is already known that the speakers will include:
- Stephen Lee — Head of Business Development at DECA Games;
- Itamar Benedy — Co-founder and CEO of Anzu.io;
- Jan Halwe — Business Development Manager at ByteRockers’ Games;
- Nicola Mizon — Co-founder of Vizta DGTL;
- Alexander Krug — Founder and CEO of Softgames;
- Mikhail Isidorov — Executive Producer at MGVC.
As always, in addition to the lecture segment, WN Conference Berlin’25 will feature a game exhibition where indie developers can showcase their projects. Remember, showcase participants can get a free ticket to the conference and a dedicated spot for game demonstration by submitting an application by April 1st inclusive.
One of the partners of WN Conference Berlin’25 will be the marketing agency OHM Agency. It will raffle off four prizes among conference guests — the PlayStation 5 Pro, Nintendo Switch OLED, Xbox Series X consoles, and a Meta Quest 3 VR headset*. To enter the raffle, attendees need to leave their business card.
The starting price of standard tickets for WN Conference Berlin’25 begins at 499 euros. This price is for developers and publishers without access to the after-party. For service providers, tickets cost more — starting at 749 euros. Prices will increase closer to the event date.
Those who cannot attend in person can purchase an online ticket for 269 euros, granting access to the WN Hub meeting system, which allows interaction with all conference guests and connection to lecture live streams.
The last time WN Media Group hosted a WN Conference in Berlin was in early 2022. Since then, they have organized several events in the German capital but in different formats. For example, in 2023, there was the WN Connect event in Berlin.
