At the "Games Industry" conference held on July 11, a competition for the best game development took place. Here’s who won.
Winners were determined in four categories.
Best Game
The award in this category went to the real-time strategy game Lessaria: Fantasy Kingdom Sim, developed by Rockbee Team. In the game, players must develop a medieval kingdom, with the added complexity of heroes being able to make their own decisions.
Best Game Design
The winner of this category was Heart Abyss by DEADMAP and HeroCraft PC. It is a pixel action-platformer inspired by Japanese folklore.
Best Art
The prize for best art was awarded to the dark adventure Lost in the Roots by Trioskaz. The game tells the story of a kidnapped girl who one day finds herself in the attic of a house in the middle of a vast living forest.
Conference Participants' Choice
The conference attendees cast their votes for the hidden object game "Lost and Found Bureau". The game was developed by Yellow Bird Games.
The competition was sponsored by the "Yandex Games" platform. As a reminder, there are currently over 30,000 games published on it, and its MAU exceeds 39 million users.
